Spigot.B An invasive File

My computer is infected with a file named Spigot.B which has made my computer behave badly. Eset tried to clean it but it is not working. Can anyone help me>Untitled.thumb.png.dfed71c627cb84254067ff71835978eb.png

If you select Clean is the PUA detected again? If so, please copy and paste the appropriate record from the Detected threats log.

Hi Marcos

If I scan again, Eset does not find it. However Spigot. B is still in my computer.

I have posted the log files to Eset.

I have tried both Iset and Malwarebytes. Iset found Spigot.B once and failed to clean it. Malwarebytes didn't find it.
