ESET Endpoint Antivirus not staring on MacOS

Hi.

We have purchased the ESET Endpoint Antivirus and successfully installed it on MacOS High Sierra. No problem during the installation, I can see the program in the application folder but it does not start. Double clicking on it does nothing.

Any suggestions?
