Report of deleted Computer - Server Task

Hi, 

i would like to generate a report of the deleted Computers, that the Server Task cleaned because they where offline for x days. 

Is there any way to get the information, which Computer got deleted?

As of now, this is not possible. I will add it to the backlog of priorities. Btw, what would be the usecase? For what purpose you would like to see those details?

We would like to keep track of computers that keep getting deleted and re-register them self afterwords, so we can create more accurate groups for the deleting Task.

We also are deleting a lot of AD imports which re-register themselves because of our AD SYNC task. There is no way to keep these out of deleting Task, right?
