Orascu Vlad 1
Hello, When I push a "send a wake up call" I get "failed to send wake-up call: eset push notification service not available." I am not using any proxy and the Eset Endpoint and agent are updated. How can I fix this? Thank you Edited December 12, 2018 by Orascu Vlad

Orascu Vlad 1
Hello Marcos Could it be something else also? I have spoke to the FW technicians, port 8883 is now open from us to epns.eset.com but it still does not work. Is epns.eset.com configured to respond to ping? How can I test? xaranex 0
Still does not work. I have tried everything, ESMC and agent are permeable to EPNS but still nothing. Why did you remove the WoL with magic packet?
