Parental Control Exeptions not loading properly

I have made parental controls active in my home pc. but the sites that i have allowed through it are not loading properly. Images and some videos in those sites ate displayed as blank. What to do?

Please provide an example of:
- the url which you would like to be blocked
- steps how you blocked the url in Parental Control
- a screen shot of how the blocked website looks like.
