BSOD during ESET Endpoint installation

Hi,

 

We are trying to install 64 bit version of ESET Endpoint Security 5.0.2225. During installation BSOD appears with code 0x0000001E  0xffffffffc000000 and only system recovery helps.

 

where can I send MEMORY.DMP, so you can check this?

 

 

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Please compress the memory dump, put your nick at the beginning of the archive's name and upload it to a safe location. If needed, I can provide you with access to our ftp server.

Hi Marcos, 

 

I have sent you credentials to our FTP server so you can download DMP file. Please let me know if you discover something. At this moment fe are using your competitior software on this computer but I would like tu use everywhere Anitivirus Software form the same vendor.
