tfeil 0
I made changes to my policy and they are not being pushed to my endpoints. I disabled the " Enable HTTPS Checking" and added a password to prevent user from accessing setup and neither are being applied. I made this changes at 10 :00 am est and its now 4:35pm est. I have rebooted the PC several times and I have manually kicked off check for updated in the update section. Any suggestions?? Administrators Marcos 5,407 Posted December 13, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 13, 2018 If you check client details, do you see a recent connection to the ESMC server there?
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted December 14, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted December 14, 2018 It might be essential to provide details about version of the server, agent, client, and version of the configuration engine module both on the client (located in help and support / about / installed components) and in ERA within the about section. tfeil 0
Everyone, thanks for the replies, however I figured out the issue. The issue was user error (as in this user).... being new to setting up, configuring and deploying ESET, I realized that my clients were not assigned to the policy. Guess what happened when I assigned my clients to the policy, it worked. Everyone have a wonderful Holiday Season.
