Remove duplicate Emails in outlook 2016

In my Windows 10.1 operating system, I’m using Microsoft Outlook 2016. As I have noticed that, my mostly mails are created another copy automatically in Outlook. I was worried about my mailbox and contact to Outlook Team in Microsoft Forum. They suggest me to turn off Eset Antivirus and then start again Outlook. But still duplicate emails persist.
Then I searched this issue over Eset forum and found one thread. After go through the solution, I have applied on my system. But can’t succeed. So, to remove duplicate Emails in Outlook 2016. I have found few resources which provide different ways to fix this issue. But I can’t understand which one is more suitable in this situation.
