My license email disappeared

I am using the product 2 plus years. I remember i have time until 2019 feb. I do clean install W10 considering go to my gmail and activate the Eset Smart Security. I can only find previous ESET  license that i have purchased. Anyways almost 3 years old email i don't even see it. So there is no chance i deleted unintentionally. Can i get my license so i can continue few more months? I recently switch my email clients to protonmail. Is there any chance google AI engine sense that and delete some of my important emails? Seriously where did it go my email?
