Can't Add License in License manager

Hi

 

 I have been trying to add my activated license in license manager on my.eset.com account but i see the following massage

It appears that you have an Endpoint license for quite many machines. Business licenses are managed via ESET Business Account portal https://eba.eset.com, not via my.eset.com. Please register an account for free at EBA and add your license key there.
