Waltered 0
I'm trying to update my 150 computers with eset on it. Since the new releases the past few days all of the agents are out of date. From the dashboard when I go to the 'Product version status' select 'Agent' and then 'Update installed ESET products' it just says 'No ESET products, which can be updated automatically have been found' Should I be able to update the agents from there or is there a better way of doing it? ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted November 16, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted November 16, 2018 Hello @Waltered. Agents are actually not possible to be updated using "one click action" from the dashboard. Recommended approach would be to create a "security management center component upgrade task" and target it on your ecosystem (you can do it first on a test group, and then roll it out to the rest of your computers). Waltered 0
Thanks @MichalJ When I do this should I first uninstall the current agents or is it ok to just install the latest one? When I go to create a "security management center component upgrade task" is the task category 'Operating System' and then 'Software Install' ??
