Internet connection disconnect randomly after installed ESETNOD32.

Dear Team,

Problem Reported: Internet connection disconnect randomly after installed ESETNOD32.

OS Details:

Windows 10 Pro - 64-Bit V.10.0.17134

 

ESET Details:

ESET NOD32 Antivirus V.12.0.27.0

 

Observation:

(1) Check Virus infection in system but system clean no any virus infection found in system.

(2) Try to Install V.9/V.10/V.11 but same issue occurred after install ESET Internet disconnect randomly.

(3)Observe system Without ESET For 5 days and system work proper.

(4)collect ESET ESET Log Collector Logs.

Since ESET NOD32 Antivirus does not contain a firewall, it cannot affect network communication except application protocols HTTP(S), POP3(S) and IMAP(S).

Could you confirm that the issue occurs only with ESET Internet Security installed?
