The new service seems not to be functional ... you pay and then a curious answer comes from 2checkout confirming that the order is received and paid. But ... nothing is coming ! As there is no possibility to contact properly any customer support (after 3 unsuccessful trials)... This place seems to be the only on where you can post a claim !

Your license key remains same after purchasing a renewal. Check in the product if the expiration date of your license has been updated.
