ESET Parental Control does not function

Hi,

I got ESET Parental Control on my kid's mobile devices.

for few days now I can no longer login on the PC to change rules, and on the mobiles it always says time is up for today.

When trying to login I get the page as attached with the following URL :

Is that global or just for few clients ?

it was a global issue, we were experiencing an unexpected situation on that site, but it was already resolved, can you please confirm?
