Jose Durand 0 Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 (edited) Currently testing ESET Security Management Center (Server), Versión 7.0 (7.0.553.0)ESET Security Management Center (Consola web), Versión 7.0 (7.0.413.0) I'm unable to complete the download of the created installer. The creation process ends but the download never starts, it is like it's loading and keeps loading and loading, and that is it. This happens with the agent alone, and with the all in one, and the download from eset.com offers version 6. This is a virtual machine, on bridge network adapter, the same one i'm using to post this question. Cound'nt find anything in logs. Please, your assistance. If they are behind a firewall, agent must be allowed access to the repository, activation and update servers (refer to https://support.eset.com/kb332). You could also capture the network communication with Wireshark and check if agent actually receives a response from the repository server.
