ERA Still detect window updates avalaible

Hello,

In Agent policy we turn off Report if operating system is not up-to-date
In Endpoint policy Notify about microsoft windows system update set to No updates

But in Era there is still alert about windows updates avalaible.

Anyone know how to turn of this alert?

From the screen shot it is not clear if it's reported by agent or by the security product.

Also make sure that the client reports to the ESMC server fine.

That one (with detail) is reported by Endpoint product. Please disable the update reporting in the policy for Endpoint as well.

Finally, found the setting under Aplication statuses.

In Endpoint setup it's here:

You merely suppressed changes of the protection status if a Windows update is not installed. However, in order to stop checking for available Windows updates you should disable it by the setting above.

I already do that in endpoint policy like i mention in first post. but windows update still appear.
