unknown message from the ESET smart security

hi , recently i receive the following message from my anti-virus :

can anybody tell me what it is ?

 

also i face sudden drop in my computer's speed . i wonder if i'm getting hacked  <_<

There are legitimate applications that transfer own data in ICMP packets so it's likely a sort of FP, hence this should be taken with a grain of salt.

The following text is the description of the message as found in ESET Knowledgebase article What do Personal firewall log codes mean?

 

Detected covert channel exploit in ICMP packet – Unexpected data found in ICMP echo messages. User might have an application that implements PING or might be running Linux as a virtual computer. Allowing communication for bridged connections can help to avoid false positives from virtual computers.

I think it's outer space aliens. ;) (or not).

 

as a matter of fact i'm working with a govt. agency who is in possession of an alien ufo . so its legit if i'm worried abt aliens :)
