I use VMware to run Ubuntu, but after a bit of time, my laptop crash and I get a BSOD with an error code BAD_POOL_CALLER. It also crash if I launch VMware, close it then re-launch it.

After several experiments (and crash...), I found out there is no problems if I disable the real time protection of files system (or maybe just my imagination).

I use VMware Workstation 15 and ESET Nod32 Antivirus.

Hello @Maliatora,

please configure your system to generate full memory dumps on crash, reboot it so apply changes and wait for the next BSOD.

Than please pack the memory dump along with ESET Log Collector output, upload it to a safe location and send me the download details via private message with a reference to this forum thread so we can check it.

Regards, P.R.
