Does Firewall Automatic Mode use filter rules created in Interactive Mode?

If a user creates application filter rules while in Interactive Mode, and then switches back to Automatic Mode does Automatic Mode use the filter rules that were created while the user was in Interactive Mode plus the default rules?

I'm using Eset 11.2.63.0 on Windows 10 version 1709.
