Email in Outlook 2010 (infected items)

Detected and cleaned email attachments are not quarantined. However, with the ESET LiveGrid feedback system enabled suspicious and detected files are submitted to ESET automatically.

@Vitokhv , How did you know that this was a virus? , because ESET has labeled it as suspicious as seen in the screenshot?

In general, the attachment in the letter is destroyed or overwritten?
Maybe the link to the attachment is deleted, and the file virus in the .pst file?

The attachment was either removed by email protection before it reached Outlook or it was detected and removed by the Outlook plug-in. The thing is it's nowhere to be found on your disk, neither in the pst file.
