How to apply parent control to ALL users, even those that did not exists at the time of defining rules?

e.g I applied some rules to users A, B, C

Then I added users X Y, but they aren't using those rules

Goal: Apply rules to all current and created after users.

Leaving the users list empty in rule properties will cause the rule to be applied to all users.

Hmm?

Settings -> Protection tools -> Parent control settings - > Add an exception to web page -> provide URL and set allowed/blocked to specific account

I cannot leave users list empty because ESET tells me to pick any of existing users.

Or I'm looking at the wrong panel?

Ok, this is possible only in Endpoint:

As for home version, it's intended to be installed on a home device, ie. where accounts are more-less same all the time. If you add an account that you want to be controlled by Parental Control, you need to enable / configure it manually afterwards.
