Roy 0
Hello, I have ESET Endpoint for Windows with HTTP Proxy Usage policy activated on all PCs controller by ERA 6. I recently set 6 different rules for USB and DVD access in Device Control with Severity Always. On client PCs I can see logs entry for device control but when I created a report on the ERA to collect these logs, I have no entries. Any ideas. Administrators Marcos 5,234 Posted October 6, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 6, 2018 Changing the logging verbosity to warnings in rules that you want to have reported to ESMC when applied should do the trick.

Hello Marcos, In the applied rules there is logging severity (always, diagnostic, information, none, Warning). I set is always. There is no place to put verbosity. Administrators Marcos 5,234 Posted October 6, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 6, 2018 My fault, I actually meant logging severity.
