Timur P. 1 Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 Hi everybody. Out of a curiosity: I have TLS filtering enabled in my ESET. But whenever in my browser I use 'https' scheme, the certificate that I can investigate upon connection established - is a valid one with a valid chain leading up to some real CA. So, apparently, no TLS filtering is involved? Or am I misunderstanding how this works nowadays? Thanks!
ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,186 Posted October 2, 2018 ESET Moderators Posted October 2, 2018 Hello @Timur P., I assume it is caused by enabled "Exclude communication with trusted domains" setting so communication with the domains secured by a trusted certs is excluded from the SSL / TLS scanning if you have it enabled,... Regards, P.R.
