EIS no internet connection anymore

I installed the EIS.
Firewall automatic mode and no internet connection anymore.
Somebody knows the problem (WIndows10 64Bit)

Right click the EIS icon in the toolbar , is it blocking the internet connection?

Disabling the firewall makes your internet run without a problem?

Right click on the network connection icon located on the desktop taskbar. Then select "Troubleshoot problems."

An older topic with the same problem as you , try Marcos' steps if none of what we told you worked

It's just uninstall (don't keep any settings) and re-install.

No, when the firewall is turned off, everything works.
Just don't understand that there is no internet connection in car or rule based mode.

After I switched the network to home network, everything works again. Thank you very much for your help

With the Eset firewall enabled, open up the Eset GUI. Then select Network Protection.

Per the below screenshot, refer to the "Troubleshooting" section to determine if apps are being blocked; i.e. the count shown will be a non-zero value. If apps are being blocked, you can then open that section which will show what apps are blocked, You can select the "Unblock" tab which will in turn create the necessary Eset firewall rule to allow the app to establish its required network connection.
