Send Wake Up Call Failed

HI,

I just upgraded eset remote administrator to ESMC, but there is one strange feature,
why on emsc, send wake up call failed if there is no internet connection? but if there is an internet connection, the status is successful.

I have used the Apache http proxy eset on my network

does anyone get the same problem as me?

in ESMC the wake-up call is send from the epns.eset.com servers see https://help.eset.com/esmc_admin/70/en-US/epns.html

That might change in the future and it's possible that we'll come up with a solution of offline networks as well.

Why should I contact epns.eset.com first, even though it is only a local connection from ESMC to the client ?
actually is there an existing feature from epns.eset.com ?
