Eset blocking steam chat

I have just encountered a problem connecting my steam chat.

the web address that is blocked is https://steam-chat.com/ with the IP 23.214.70.87

i have no rule set to block this.

i have tried to clear all rules and when i had the pop up i accepted it and it blocked it straight away.

i have reinstalled steam and no change.

i am running windows 10 64 bit

when i try the address in browser i get :-

Website blocked

The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous content.

Access to it has been blocked.

The website was unblocked several hours ago. You should be able to access it alright now.
