After i checked user system policy details. showing below image like. (PRODUCT NOT INSTALLED) Client also i upgraded 7.0 please advise. ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted September 18, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted September 18, 2018 Is the "Remote Administrator Agent" upgraded to "ESET Management Agent" meaning, running as well on V7? Policy application reporting has nothing to do with fact, whether you have EP 6.5 / 6.6 / 7.0 installed, it is purely related with the version of Agent, and works only in case agent is V7.
