Eset Remote administration upgrade issue

Support,

 

I upgrade ESET Remote Administration 6.0 to ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.0 (7.0.553.0).

After i checked user system policy details. showing below image like. (PRODUCT NOT INSTALLED)

Client also i upgraded 7.0

please advise.

Please check the last connection time in the Overview pane and make sure the agent has been reporting to the ESMC server alright. If Endpoint is installed, you should see "Actual" in the status column.

Is the "Remote Administrator Agent" upgraded to "ESET Management Agent" meaning, running as well on V7? Policy application reporting has nothing to do with fact, whether you have EP 6.5 / 6.6 / 7.0 installed, it is purely related with the version of Agent, and works only in case agent is V7.
