2051a004 Error while retrieving license file

I performed a clean reboot of my phone (pixel xl). When I choose an account, it gives me this error. I uninstalled and tried again, but no luck. I went to the website and filled in the form where you enter the order number. It told me my account was successfully activated. Well, still no luck.

Can you please help me out.
