Cannot Update Eset Modules and Cannot Access Eset Livegrid

Hi al,

I cannot update modules and not able to access eset livegrid.

I've been following all the info on internet but nothing solve my issues.

Anyone can help me?

If you have activated a trial version of ESET or purchased a license and entered the license key but it still doesn't work, please gather logs with ELC and provide me with the generated archive.

Far too little info, so you can only conditionally help which OS which version of ESET is installed

I suspect there are entries related to module update failures in your Eset Event log. Search for same and post a screen shot of the Event log that contains the update failure entries.
