File is corrupted

Hello,

Downloading updates by EES v6.6 or 7 – customers are recieving error: „File is corrupted”

connection from OVA appliance proxy or direct internet result same error

any ideas for solved?

Could you please specify version and language you selected? Are you trying to install product using software installation task or attempting to create all-in-one installer?

ESET Endpoint Security versión 6.6.2089.1. and Endpoint Security versión 7.0.2073.1 

yes both way, software installation task and attempting to create all-in-one installer

Please capture the network communication while creating an all-in-one installer with Wireshark and provide the generated pcap log compressed in an archive. Beforehand close any network-aware application to reduce the amount of data logged in the pcap log.

Mmm we use msi installer from download eset.com
