Beforehand close any network-aware application to reduce the amount of data logged in the pcap log.

Administrators Marcos 5,741 Posted September 24, 2018 Administrators Posted September 24, 2018 I'd suggest providing ELC logs as well as advanced logs created as follows: - in the setup -> tools -> diagnostics temporarily enable advanced network protection and update engine logging - run update - disable logging - gather logs with ELC and supply us the generated archive for perusal.
