GDumaresq 0 Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Hi, After upgrading from EAR 6.5 to ESMC (7), i have many computers which still show the "ESET Remote Administrator Agent 6.5.522.0" (outdated version) installed as well as the "ESET Management Agent 7.0.553.0". But when i try to uninstall this version, the client task ends up as "successful" but it never actually gets uninstalled !! I thought that running the "Security Management Center Components Upgrade" job on all our clients would take care of that, but it doesn't seem to be the case... What am i doing wrong ?!?
