We have installed 10 user ESET Endpoint Antivirus and 1 File Security Product in one of organisation. Some of them are using Accounting Software ( Tally ) and this software is working like server client.

Currently users get error while working on Tally Application like  "Unable to read data accurately from your Tally data files" when working . The Data path is shared and accessible to all users.

We Have already excluded application exe , extension and shared folder from both client and server OS  but the same problem occurring again.

Which of the following steps resolves the issue?

1, Pausing all protection modules
2, Pausing only real-time protection
3, Temporarily disabling automatic start of real-time protection followed by a reboot
4, Temporarily disabling HIPS followed by a reboot

Tried all steps but did not resolved, If we uninstall eset from Both server and client then it works fine.
