i won EAV license in softpedia giveaway bu whenever i enter the keycode i get the following error

Have emailed eset support twice but havent got any acknowledgement mail or response

Okay. Please be patient as they may take a day or two to get back to you.

Offices may be closed on the weekend. A phone call on Monday may be the best result.

You can install the trial and it is a fully functional product. You gain nothing but the sub by activating.

I got a mail from eset and after many mails my problem is now solved
