Domain name Blocked?

Hello,

My Hosting Website www.hostz.top has been blocked by ESET, and i don't know why... ???? 

Can you please unlock it, i'm pretty sure my data and data's of my clients are clean.

PS: If you found something, please help me to clean it or tell what is blocking acces..
