Stations do not go up in the remote administrator

When installing ESET Endpoint Security on client machines, some are not showing up on the remote administrator.
The machines are part of the same domain and have licenses enabled.

Has anyone had the same problem and have some suggestions for a solution?

What version of ERA do you have installed? Or you are already using ESMC? What version of agent and Endpoint is on clients?

What does C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html say? Could you copy/paste its content?
