ESET Security Management Center version 7 has been released

ESET Security Management Center (ESMC) version 7 has been released and is available to install.

This enterprise-grade security management solution includes many new and improved features. ESET Security Management Center (ESMC) is the new name and replaces the version 6 product ESET Remote Administrator. 

ESMC will only available to upgrade/install locally

The "Remote Administrator Component Upgrade Task" is not available at this time. The ESMC installers are available for download from the ESET website and you can perform a local upgrade of ERA Server to ESMC. After upgrading the ERA Server, you can upgrade the other components using the upgrade task. 

ESMC does not support ERA Proxy

The ESET Remote Administrator version (ERA) 6.x Proxy component is discontinued in ESET Security Management Center 7. Do not upgrade ERA Agents before a proper proxy solution is set up.
