Threat removed keeps popping up

Hello,

I'm having this problem ESET keeps popping up randomly saying that threat removed it's a little annoying can I know the source of this threat to eliminate it for good.

Please collect logs with ESET Log Collector (select "Threat detection" from the drop-down menu prior to proceeding with collecting logs), upload the generated archive to a safe location and drop me a personal message with a download link.
