Found 59 occurrences of the license key in Google so the reason is clear. Please purchase a license to make sure that ESET works alright and provides maximum protection to your machine.

Not doubting that this license is invalid, but isn't there an issue with the 'Help and support' screen where it appears to be displayed as an active license? ?

I could be wrong, but I am not aware of ESET selling 10 year licenses (at least in the USA). To me, that's a red flag.

Of course I cannot speak for their resellers/distributors.
