Tank 0 Posted August 15, 2018 Posted August 15, 2018 Our Eset Remote Administrator server crashed and we had to rebuild it. After reinstalling the agent with updated cert and server info, some of my computers are still showing unmanaged. C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html shows green on the computers.
Administrators Marcos 5,725 Posted August 15, 2018 Administrators Posted August 15, 2018 If you restart a client, does the problem still persist? Ie. status.html is generated with no issues being reported but the last connection time in the ERA console doesn't update for the client?
