Computers Status stays Unmanaged after installing new Agent

Our Eset Remote Administrator server crashed and we had to rebuild it. After reinstalling the agent with updated cert and server info, some of my computers are still showing unmanaged.

C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html shows green on the computers.

If you restart a client, does the problem still persist? Ie. status.html is generated with no issues being reported but the last connection time in the ERA console doesn't update for the client?

These are production servers used in 24-hour shipping system so a reboot isn't possible until the weekend. I have attached screenshots of the status.htm, and ERA item details
