Nod32 antivirus 11.2.49.0 livegrid problem

Hello.I buyed nod 32 antivirus,and installed on windows 10 64bit,first 3 days was no problem.Two days back i become yellow sign and it says that servers to livegrid are not accessed.it also says that server checks are not correct.I attached the nod32 analyse.

 

Please help.

i was buying key for nod 32,i dont heave username and password.

I'm sorry to inform you but the license key that was used for activation leaked and therefore was cancelled. It also appears it was issued in another country than the one you come from.

Please contact the company or person that sold you the license.

Open the Eset GUI. Select "Help and Support." Use below screen shot as to how to enter a new license key:
