ERA Appliance update

Dear ESET Forum browsers,

 

this is my first time posting here, but surelly not the last.

I'd like to ask, if i use ERA Appliance in Hyper-V how do i update? (OS, ERA, MySQL,etc)

I couldn't find any option for this, maybe bc its automated?

To update ERA components, send an "RA Component upgrade task" to the VA:

As for updating the OS, you can do it manually from the terminal or by sending an OS update task:

If ODBC driver is updated, you'll need to downgrade it to v5.3.

There's no such functionality in the forum system to mark topics as solved. Simply we leave resolved topics as they are.
