Problem in Endpoint Updating

Hi dears ,

it is about 3 days that all our customers says that their antivirus create a update program module event every hour.

the AV is updated but every time it show 1/1 update progress,

Clear update catch did not solve problem and it is general in many of our customers with different networks. It must be a ESET update server problem. ( S.th like corrupted module)

And it seems that version 6.6 did not have this problem and just version 6.5 and below has this problem ( We are not sure 100%)

This will be fixed soon. Endpoint 6.6 is not affected. We strongly recommend upgrading to v6.6 and later to v7.

Thank you but over 90% of our customers still using V6.5 and we can not force them to upgrade specially in large networks.

 

We will waiting for solving ...

Specially our File Security customers that latest version is 6.5 report this problem to us.

And there is no newer version for them.
