MasterTB 8
I can confirm this (among other things that don't work in eset under the latest win10 versions.
itman 1,748
Found a fix. 1. Go to your %LocalAppData%\Temp\Eset\Eset Security\Quarantine folder. 2. Delete the INFO.NQI file 3. Open Quarantine via the Eset GUI. 4. Move a file you're about to delete, etc. to Eset Quarantine. Whala! The INFO.NQI file is recreated and all your previously quarantine files are shown. Well ….. sort of. In my Eset quarantine folder, 18 files are listed. However, the above Quarantine screen shot shows a count of 23. Don't know why there is a discrepancy there? At least it lists something right?

Well, some might be duplicates so the "Count" value would be greater than 1. However, the sum of all "Count" values should match the number of files stored in the quarantine folder I would think. The count on each file listed by Eset is 1, but there are 14 files in the folder... something is not right. (full disclosure, none of my files are viruses, only Eicar test files)
itman 1,748
Think I have figured out most of what is going with the "Count" business. If you look closely at the files in quarantine, you will observe that the file names are duplicate with one copy always 1K in size. I believe the 1K file stores the count value for the number of times the file was detected. However the actual file is only stored once in Quarantine. That would then translate to 9 files actually quarantined in my case. However, my Quarantine log shows 10 entries? So it appears one file is missing which I believe is not really the case. The eicar.com file was actually downloaded from two different web sites; hence all data and GUI info are in sync and correct.
