Question about Eset Cloud

Hello wester and wellcome

A file with a poor or unknown reputation, is not necessarily malware or other unwanted software.A file from Adobe, Java, which are well known files, and many users still use, or have installed because it is necessary, will have those file deleted automatically if Eset cloud system (live grid) worked as you described. The above scenario could very well happen if Java or Adobe changed their installer without Eset knowing it. It would leave chaos and frustrated users and a ton of false positive feedbacks. No, Eset cloud systems is collecting suspicious files out of predefined rules, to analyse the files, to minimise false positives, and to give quick respond on new malware found, to its user in live grid.

Regards Janus :-))
