bootcamp window on mac modules is unknown

I try an install the module on mac on a window bootcamp but it go to the task but never goes to install it just keep at the clock with a long bar just wondering what I can do to fix this issue

By module you mean ESET CyberSecurity (Pro) or ESET Endpoint Antivirus / Security for Mac? Also please post a screen shot since it's not clear what you meant by " it just keep at the clock with a long bar".

I am trying to update model for ESET Endpoint Antivirus. I have enclosed  screen shoot it stay at this forever never finishes

Please post a screen shot after expanding the task by clicking "+". If you check the last connection in client details, is the last connection from a recent time?
