How can I complain about the lack of knowledge of ESET Mexico support?

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend contacting customer care via phone as per https://www.eset.com/mx/soporte/contacto/ and make sure they actually received your ticket if you haven't received a response within 48 hours (work days) after creating the ticket.

Thanks @Marcos I will follow your suggestion, to be honest I was really upset about the support by phone
