mahmood.hashmabady 0 Posted July 28, 2018 Posted July 28, 2018 hello Some time ago, one of my friends who went to China for a mission had a three year eset internet security 11 2018 license for me by post sent I have activated my eset internet security 11 with license my sent me and eset internet security active and and I'm using it and its credibility is 3 years my friend said my this i sent for you i buy that %100 orginal and I'm using it But I do not have any email I do not have any support from the company eset Do i have a way? thanks

ESET does offer up to 3 years license on NOD32, EIS and ESSP and has for quite sometime (at least in the USA). see https://www.eset.com/us/home/smart-security-premium/ https://www.eset.com/us/home/internet-security/#?years=3 https://www.eset.com/us/home/antivirus/#?years=3 I would imagine this license in question was purchased through a reseller or distributor (of some type)...I do not know if ESET does business in China, so I would think the answer lies with that reseller/distributor. If the product was purchased there, you will have to contact them directly which might be difficult if you don't speak Chinese. If you purchase a license from the Chinese distributor, they will also provide you with support and assistance. Only in case you purchased through a distributor in a different country and you moved afterwards, they can transfer the license to your new local distributor. I'm afraid we cannot help you any more. Return the license to the person who sold it to you and purchase a new license from your local distributor.
