Anti-theft not turning off

I accidentally disabled anti-theft from the anti-theft website and I want to turn it back on. The problem is that on the ESET program it says it's still enabled. I checked the ESET anti-theft website and my laptop is not there. How do I fix this? I have the latest version of ESET smart security.
