excluding a specific application

From what I gathered, eset antivirus is preventing me from launching a game on steam called Warframe.

Now previously I was able to easily exclude any file from being scanned but now they made it super hard and only doable by nerds I mean https://help.eset.com/eav/11.1/en-US/idh_config_exclude.html  makes absolutely no sense.

So how do I exclude a game from being sabotaged by eset ?

Is the application detected by ESET? If so, please post a complete detection record from the Detected threats log.
